Backlapping is an important part of maintaining light and smooth cutting action of the reel blade and bedknife for optimal shearing effectiveness. It's for use on California Trimmer Classic and Commercial models that have an 11-tooth reel blade drive sprocket, and the kit includes an adapter, 80 grit lapping compound and an applicator brush.
